Privacy Policy
Evervine is a quiet place for prayer, Scripture, and stillness. We built it so that what you bring to it remains yours. This policy describes what we collect, why, and what we will never do.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you create an account (handled by Clerk, our sign-in provider) or join the waitlist — used only to sign you in and to write to you about Evervine.
- Your practice data — your rhythm, reading progress, highlights, prayer cards, and journal entries — stored so the app can hold them for you across your devices.
How your words are protected
Prayers, reflections, and journal entries are encrypted at rest with per-user keys. They are never read by us, never mined, never sold, and never used to train anything. You can export everything you have written at any time, free.
What we never do
- No ads, ever.
- No selling or renting of your data, ever.
- No sharing of your data with third parties for their marketing.
Analytics
The Evervine app does not currently ship analytics or crash reporting. If that changes before launch, this section will be updated to disclose exactly what is collected and why, before it is collected.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, or by writing to us. Deletion is permanent.
